Three-side Injection Molding
A high-pressure injection molding process is performed at the cathode plate edges, and the insulation strips on the three sides are formed in one piece, which is not easy to fall off and has a long service life.
Coating
High-polymer strong plastic corrosion-resistant materials are used and a special process is applied to protect the cathode plate liquid level from corrosion. The insulation strips on the three sides are formed integrally by high-pressure injection molding process and are not easy to fall off.
